"What is Studio 2099"

Studio 2099 is a creative marketing agency based out of Buffalo, New York.

"Why do I need to pay a retainer?"

Retainers are required to begin pre-production. We want to focus on what matter's and that's the client. 

"What is Pre-production?"

Pre Production is stages of planning for the video before a video can be filmed. Booking locations, models, renting or buying equipment, packing and charging equipment etc

"Why are retainers nonrefundable?"

ALL retainers are NONREFUNDABLE. Your deposit pays for your preproduction of the video and reserves a date for filming. Pre-production begins as soon as a deposit is placed.

"What is a visual treatment?"

A treatment is like the playbook of the entire production. Concept, locations, and style of the video with text and picture examples to help explain the vision for the project.

"What is the Full 2099 Production Team?"

Studio 2099 is a team full of creatives. Directors, videographers, photographers, set designer, make up artists etc... It takes more than one or two people to put together a full video production and we supply the best creatives to work on your project no matter what the project calls for.

"What does location mean?"

One location means we will use one place to shoot multiple scenes. No additional traveling. Additional locations cost more.

"Why do I have to pay for additional locations?"

Sets, lights, props, actors etc take time to setup and pack up. Also pays for the transportation of all the equipment and the Studio 2099 Production Team.
